C1 is hiring Food Service Workers in San Antonio, TX for one of our clients. This is a daytime contract role with an ongoing, contract-to-hire opportunity for the right person.
Pay and schedule:- $16.41 per hour, with overtime paid at $22.97 per hour- Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.- 40 hours per week- Assignment runs August 18, 2026 through September 30, 2026, with potential to continue
What you will do:- Prepare, portion, and serve meals during scheduled service periods- Set up and stock serving lines, coolers, and dining areas- Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and keep work areas clean and organized- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling standards- Support the kitchen team with other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival for an early morning start- Ability to stand for full shifts and lift, push, and carry as the job requires- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen and serving environment- Must complete a fingerprint-based background screening before the first day
