C1 Staffing is hiring a Package Handler to work in a busy warehouse in Fridley, MN (55421), unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip code, and loading delivery trucks. The pay is $19.80 per hour, paid weekly, and we have one opening available now for either a full time or part time schedule.
What you will do:- Unload incoming trailers and move packages to the sort area- Sort packages by zip code so they reach the correct delivery route- Load outbound trucks for delivery, keeping freight organized and secure- Lift, carry, and place packages weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift- Follow safety procedures at all times, since safety is the first core value on this site- Work shoulder to shoulder with the rest of the crew so the full sort gets finished on time- Stay flexible and move between unload, sort, and load tasks as volume shifts during the shift- Keep your work area clear and report any safety concerns right away

What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older- Ability to stay on your feet for the length of your shift- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly- Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures change with the season- Dependable, flexible, and reliable attendance- Team player attitude, since everyone on the dock works together to get the job done- Willingness to follow all site safety rules- Gloves and work boots are recommended for package handling- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
This is a straightforward, physical warehouse job. You will spend your shift on your feet, moving packages, and working alongside a crew that depends on each other to clear the trailers and get trucks loaded on schedule.
