C1 is hiring a Facilities Supervisor in Covington, LA. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our client partners, paying $22.91 per hour with overtime at $32.07 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40 hours per week, with the assignment running from October 7, 2026 through February 7, 2027 and the potential to convert to a permanent role.
What you will do:- Supervise day-to-day facilities operations and services under the direction of on-site management- Coordinate the activities of a team of roughly 3 to 10 workers and service employees- Support key operational functions at large or complex facilities, which may include commercial, healthcare, education or similar environments- Help keep work assignments, schedules and service standards on track throughout the shift
What we are looking for:- Prior supervisory or lead experience in facilities, maintenance or building services- Strong organization, communication and follow-through skills- Comfort working on your feet and moving throughout a large facility
Uniforms are provided: navy slacks and a blue polo.
