Responsibilities- Greet guests and assist with ticket questions.- Scan and verify tickets for entry.- Monitor entrances and maintain an orderly flow of guests.- Provide information about the event and venue.- Work with event staff to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements- Friendly and professional attitude.- Strong communication and customer service skills.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to stand for extended periods.- Available to work evenings and weekends.- Previous customer service or event experience is a plus.
