C1 Staffing is hiring Ticket Takers for event shifts in Oakland, CA 94621, where you will welcome guests and get them through the gates quickly and safely. The pay is $24.00 per hour, paid weekly, with shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis.
This is a front-line guest service role at a busy events venue. You are one of the first people attendees see, so a friendly, professional attitude matters as much as speed. If you enjoy live events, working around crowds, and keeping things moving, this assignment is a good fit.
What you will do:- Greet guests as they arrive and set a welcoming tone at the entrance.- Scan tickets and verify them for valid entry before admitting guests.- Answer ticket questions and help resolve issues at the gate calmly and politely.- Monitor assigned entrances and keep lines and guest flow orderly during peak arrival times.- Provide guests with information about the event and the venue, including directions and general questions.- Work alongside other event staff and security to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.- Stay at your assigned post through the entry period and assist with guest needs as they come up.
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $24.00 per hour.- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing.- Gig and shift-based work tied to the event calendar, and it may be ongoing for workers who do well.- Availability to work evenings and weekends is required, since most events fall during those times.
