C1 is hiring experienced Cooks for a senior dining setting in Saint Bonifacius, MN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients, starting 09/14/2026 and running through 12/13/2026, with the potential to become a permanent position. We have three openings on this team.
Pay is $24.50 per hour, with overtime paid at $34.30 per hour. You can expect a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
What you will do:- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items- Cover multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner- Support special events and catered functions- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety practices to deliver consistent quality- Keep work stations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized
What we are looking for:- Hands-on cooking experience in a kitchen serving high volumes of meals- Comfort working efficiently across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catering service- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen- A chef coat is required as part of the daily uniform
