C1 is hiring Dishroom Leads for a short-term contract assignment in Moraga, CA. This is a single-day opportunity on October 3, 2026, with two openings available and a shift running from 4PM to 11PM, totaling roughly 8 hours for the week.
Pay is $23.29 per hour, with overtime paid at $32.61 per hour when applicable.
What you will do:- Keep the kitchen area clean, safe, and ready for staff throughout the shift- Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment- Maintain an organized dishroom and ensure all dish machines and equipment are clean and in working order- Support the flow of dishes during peak service to keep the kitchen moving
What you need:- Prior dishroom or kitchen experience preferred, especially in a lead or high-volume setting- Comfort standing, walking, lifting, and working around heat, water, and cleaning chemicals for the full shift- Reliability and strong attention to detail
Uniform requirement: black utility style pants, a black polo, and black slip-resistant shoes.
