C1 Staffing is hiring a Senior Stock Worker and Receiver for a client site in Inwood, WV. This is a contract assignment paying $26.52 per hour on a steady Monday through Friday day shift, with the potential to become contract-to-hire for the right person.
This role is built for someone who has moved past entry-level stocking and receiving work and is ready to help keep a larger, complex facility running. You will work under the direction of on-site management, coordinating the people and tasks that keep operations and service functions moving through the day.
What you will do:- Coordinate the daily activities of employees engaged in operations and service functions at a larger, complex facility- Provide on-site oversight at the direction of facility management- Support management with key functions and staff supervision during the normal course of business- Assist with stocking, receiving, and related operational tasks as assigned- Help keep work flowing across commercial business, leisure, health care, school, university, or similar establishment settings- Communicate clearly with both the crew on the floor and the management team above you- Follow all site safety and PPE requirements while working
Schedule and pay:- $26.52 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $37.13 per hour- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM- 40 hours per week- Contract assignment with potential to become contract-to-hire for the right person
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior experience in stock, receiving, or warehouse operations- Lead or senior-level responsibility in a similar role is preferred- Comfort working in commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, or similar environments- Dependable attendance and strong communication with both staff and management- Ability to work on your feet through a full shift in a facility environment- Dress code is jeans with a polo or other shirt with sleeves; all required PPE is provided- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
