Forklift Driver - Full Time Location: Hanover, MD 21076 Pay Rate: $22/hour
C1 is hiring a dedicated and skilled Forklift Driver to join our warehouse operations team. This full-time position is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of HVAC equipment and supplies. If you are detail-oriented and possess strong warehouse operational experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.- Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering and exiting the warehouse.- Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.- Scan products to confirm they are shipped to the correct destination.- Collaborate closely with internal customers, such as Store Associates and Sales Managers, to facilitate timely product delivery.- Provide excellent customer service to external clients, including mechanical contractors, dealers, and owners.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.- Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.- Proficient PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.- Current Forklift certification is required.- Experience operating at least one of the following Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV): Sit Down Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck, or Dock Stocker.

- Proven experience in warehouse operations.- Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.- Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.- Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
