C1 Staffing is hiring experienced bartenders for a short-term, shift-based assignment in Spokane, WA. The pay is $23.14 per hour, paid weekly, with an afternoon-to-evening shift that wraps up by 8:00 PM.
This is a non-tipped bartending position, so your earnings come straight from the posted hourly rate. You will be working a busy bar service in a fast-paced event setting, so strong drink knowledge, speed, and a friendly presence behind the bar matter here.
What you will do:- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest who comes to the bar- Mix and serve drinks quickly, accurately, and without waste- Serve patrons directly or through wait staff as the service flow requires- Partner closely with wait staff and other team members so guests receive prompt service- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift- Monitor product levels and restock as needed so service never slows down- Maintain a professional, courteous attitude during high-volume periods
Schedule and pay:- $23.14 per hour, with overtime paid at $32.40 per hour- Shift runs 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM- Assignment is scheduled on a 40-hour-per-week basis- Short-term, gig/shift-based work that may lead to additional assignments- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending experience and solid drink knowledge- Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift in a fast-paced setting- Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills- Comfort working shoulder to shoulder with wait staff and other bar team members- Dress code: black pants and non-slip shoes; no leggings, jeans, or sweatpants
Please note that this is a non-tipped position. Come dressed and ready to work, and be prepared to jump into service as soon as the shift begins. Bartenders who show up on time, in correct dress code, and ready to keep the bar moving are the ones we call first for future work.
