C1 Staffing is hiring Bartenders for a one-day contract assignment in Plano, TX, serving guests at a single event. The role pays $20.44 per hour, with overtime paid at $28.62 per hour, and the shift runs an afternoon-to-evening schedule of roughly eight hours.
This is a non-tipped bartending position. You will be mixing and serving drinks for guests in a fast-paced event setting, working shoulder to shoulder with wait staff and other team members to keep service moving.
What you will do:- Mix and serve drinks to patrons quickly, accurately, and without waste- Serve guests directly at the bar or through wait staff, keeping orders moving during busy periods- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional presence behind the bar- Coordinate closely with wait staff and other team members so that customers receive prompt service- Keep your bar area clean, stocked, and organized for the full length of the shift- Restock glassware, garnishes, ice, and product as needed between service rushes- Follow standard drink recipes and portioning to control waste and keep quality consistent
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $20.44 per hour- Overtime is paid at $28.62 per hour- One-day contract assignment, shift-based work that may lead to additional assignments- Shift runs 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm, approximately 8 hours total- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending experience- Solid knowledge of standard drink recipes- Ability to stand and move for the length of the shift in a fast-paced environment- Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially with wait staff during peak service- Comfort working directly with the public and handling guest requests professionally- Dress code: black pants and a black shirt
