C1 is hiring Grill Cooks in Anaheim, CA 92802 for a short-term contract assignment. This is a great fit for experienced line cooks who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Pay and schedule:- $22.51 per hour, with overtime paid at $31.51 per hour- Approximately 32 hours per week- Assignment runs September 27 through September 30, 2026, with a first shift start time of 11:00 am on September 27- Six openings available
What you will do:- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and cold food items- Cook for multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events- Maintain proper portion control, presentation standards, and food quality throughout each shift- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices
What we are looking for:- Prior grill or line cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchen- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot, fast-moving kitchen environment- Dependable attendance for the full assignment window- Comfortable working as part of a team under tight timelines
