C1 is hiring a Dishroom Lead for a short-term contract assignment in Plano, TX. This is a one-week opportunity supporting a busy commercial kitchen, with pay at $18.44 per hour and overtime paid at $25.82 per hour.
Schedule and assignment details:- Monday, September 14 through Friday, September 18- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, approximately 32 hours for the week- Uniform required: black slacks and a black shirt
What you will do:- Keep the kitchen area clean, safe, and ready for staff use- Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment- Maintain a clean, organized dishroom and keep equipment in good working order- Take the lead on dishroom workflow so service stays on pace throughout the shift
What we are looking for:- Prior dishroom, kitchen, or food service experience preferred- Comfortable standing for full shifts and handling repetitive lifting, reaching, and bending- Reliable attendance and the ability to work at a steady pace in a warm, fast-moving kitchen- Attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
