C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Loader Crew in Long Beach, CA (90802), where you will load and unload trucks, prepare products for delivery, and keep inventory accurate and organized. The pay is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly, on shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks with care to prevent damage and to make sure items are properly placed- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so it is rental-ready or correctly stored- Tag, store, and relocate items throughout the warehouse- Conduct cycle counts to keep inventory records accurate- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and work area- Follow all safety guidelines and take part in safety meetings- Complete daily warm-ups before beginning physical tasks
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $18.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- This is shift-based work that may be ongoing- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds- Comfort working in a warehouse environment and handling furniture and other products carefully- Attention to detail for tagging, staging, and cycle counting- A safety-conscious approach, including participation in safety meetings and daily warm-ups- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
