Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Loader Crew

C1 is hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our Loader Crew. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and safe loading and unloading of trucks, as well as maintaining the overall organization of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Load and unload trucks with care to prevent damage and ensure proper placement of items.- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer.- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture to ensure it is rental-ready or properly stored.- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.- Tag, store, relocate, and conduct cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory management.- Follow all safety guidelines and participate in safety meetings.- Complete daily warm-ups to prepare for physical tasks.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Compensation:- Pay Rate: $18/hour
