Cashier and Food Service Worker - Allen, TX 75002
C1 Staffing is hiring a Cashier and Food Service Worker for a concession stand operation in Allen, Texas (75002). This role pays $18.00 per hour, and C1 pays weekly.
This is a guest-facing concessions position where you will ring up orders, help keep food and drinks moving, and keep the stand clean and stocked during service. If you enjoy a quick pace and talking with customers, this assignment is a good fit.
What you will do:- Operate a point-of-sale register, take customer orders, and process cash and card transactions accurately- Handle light food prep in a concession stand setting, following food safety practices- Pour and serve drinks, including alcoholic beverages where permitted under your server permit- Verify customer identification and follow responsible alcohol service rules when serving alcohol- Keep the concession counter, prep areas, and service equipment clean and organized throughout service- Restock cups, lids, condiments, packaging, and food and drink items as needed during busy periods- Provide friendly, efficient service so guests move through the line quickly- Balance your register and assist with closing duties at the end of service
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $18.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing
What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Current Alcohol Server Permit (TABC, TIPS, or equivalent ABC certification)- Current Food Handler Card- Comfort operating a register and handling cash and card payments accurately- Ability to stand and move around a concession stand for the length of your shift- Customer service skills and the ability to stay organized during high-volume rushes- Willingness to follow food safety and responsible alcohol service procedures
