Warehouse Associate — San Diego, CA (92126)
C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for gig, shift-based warehouse work in San Diego, 92126, supporting a furniture rental and distribution operation. This is hands-on warehouse work that may continue on an ongoing basis for dependable associates, and you are paid weekly.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks carefully to prevent damage, making sure items are placed properly and secured for transport- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer so orders leave the building complete and on time- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so that each piece is rental-ready or correctly prepared for storage- Tag, store, and relocate inventory within the warehouse, keeping items in their assigned locations- Conduct cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including work areas, aisles, and staging zones- Follow all safety guidelines, attend safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups before starting work
Schedule and pay:- Gig, shift-based assignment that may be ongoing depending on business needs- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Able to walk and stand for the length of the shift- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling furniture with care- Willingness to follow safety procedures, participate in safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups- Attention to detail for tagging, staging, and cycle counting- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
