Warehouse Support Representative Location: Eagan, MN (Zip Code: 55121) Pay Rate: $20/hour Experience Level: 1-2 years Shift Type: Full Time
C1 is hiring a Warehouse Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Eagan, MN. This vital role primarily focuses on clerical operations related to shipment data and paperwork processing, while also supporting various warehouse floor activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, weigh, measure, scan, label, and ship packages, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.- Load and unload packages from processing stations and trailers.- Accurately affix labels to packages and scan boxes from the inbound staging area.- Prepare bills of lading and enter shipment details into our ERP system.- Cross-train in other warehouse positions to assist with operational needs.- Complete mandatory health and safety compliance training.- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel reporting.- Data entry experience is preferred.- Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset.- Ability to effectively follow safety and security procedures.
The work schedule for this position will be from 2 PM to 10:30 PM; however, daily hours may vary depending on customer volume, and shortened shifts may occur.
