Warehouse Support Representative - Eagan, MN (55121)
C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Support Representative in Eagan, MN (zip code 55121) for a full-time, ongoing position paying $20.00 per hour. This is primarily a clerical operations role handling shipment data and paperwork, with hands-on warehouse floor work as the operation requires.
What you will do:- Receive, weigh, measure, scan, label, and ship customer packages while following all safety and security regulations.- Enter shipment details and freight data into the ERP system accurately and on time.- Collect dimensions and data from freight and complete the related paperwork.- Prepare bills of lading and keep shipment documentation correct and organized.- Scan boxes from the inbound staging area and affix labels to packages accurately.- Load and unload packages from processing stations and trailers, including stacking and wrapping packages on pallets as needed.- Build Excel reports and troubleshoot freight and paperwork issues so shipments move without delay.- Cross-train in other warehouse positions to support the needs of the operation, and complete required health and safety compliance trainings.
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.- Full-time position.- Hours are 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.; daily time worked depends on customer volume, and shortened shifts may occur.- This is a career, ongoing assignment.
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older.- 1-2 years of relevant experience.- Computer proficiency, including basic Microsoft Office skills and Excel reporting.- Data entry experience is preferred, since this role is accountable for ERP system entry.- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.- Ability to follow safety and security procedures at all times.- Willingness to perform freight processing duties on the warehouse floor, including scanning, stacking, wrapping pallets, and taking dimensions.- Ability to load and unload packages from processing stations and trailers.- Willingness to cross-train in other warehouse roles and take on other duties as assigned by the manager.- Must be authorized to work in the United States; this employer participates in E-Verify.
