Job Title: Production Associate – 10:30 AM to 7 PM Shift Location: St. Peters, MO 63376 Pay Rate: $20.50/hour Employment Type: Full Time
C1 is hiring a dedicated Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment focused on the processing and manufacturing of pizza dough. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our food production operations.
Primary Responsibilities:- Participate in dough production and inspection to maintain high-quality standards.- Rotate through various specialized positions including dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker throughout your shift.- Conduct quality control measures and support food production efforts.- Clean and sanitize production equipment and areas, ensuring compliance with food safety protocols.- Monitor equipment and perform necessary interventions to maintain production flow.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to work continuously in refrigerated conditions (33–38 degrees Fahrenheit).- Capability to lift materials from the floor to above head and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally.- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, climb stairs, and perform heavy pushing/pulling of products.- Exposure to loud machinery is possible, so candidates must be comfortable in such an environment.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:- Steel-toe boots are required.
