C1 is hiring a Barista I in Moraga, CA, for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our client partners. This is an evening role paying $21.55 per hour, with overtime paid at $30.17 per hour.
Schedule and details:- Shift runs 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM- 40 hours per week- Assignment window of September 1, 2026 through September 25, 2026, with ongoing contract-to-hire potential
What you will do:- Craft quality coffee, tea and specialty beverages to customer specifications- Take orders accurately and deliver drinks quickly and consistently- Operate cash registers and credit card machines- Provide friendly, professional service and field customer questions or complaints- Help maintain good customer relations and a clean, efficient beverage station
What you will need:- Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-first attitude- Comfort working on your feet through a full evening shift in a fast-paced setting- Attention to detail and accuracy with orders and payments
Uniform requirement: black oxford or polo shirt, black pants and black slip-resistant shoes.
