C1 is hiring Food Service Workers for a client location in Prairie View, TX. This is a contract assignment running from September 19, 2026 through October 3, 2026, with potential to continue as an ongoing or contract-to-hire opportunity for the right candidates.
Pay and schedule:- $16.66 per hour, with overtime paid at $23.32 per hour- Shift runs 11:30 AM to 8:15 PM- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
What you will do:- Work anywhere on the property where food is prepared, as assigned- Assist with setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work stations throughout the shift- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What we are looking for:- Reliable attendance and the ability to arrive on time for each scheduled shift- Comfort standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced kitchen and serving environment- A team-first attitude and friendly approach with guests- Willingness to take direction and move between prep, service, and cleaning tasks as needed
Prior food service experience is helpful but not required — we welcome candidates ready to learn.
