C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for shift-based warehouse work in Medley, FL. The pay is $17.00 per hour, paid weekly, and assignments may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up and perform.
This is general warehouse floor work in a fast-moving distribution environment. You will be part of a team moving product through the building accurately and on schedule, with direction from the on-site supervisor at the start of each shift.
What you will do:- Unload and load trucks and trailers, moving cartons, cases, and totes to and from staging areas- Pick orders from racks and shelves according to pick tickets, labels, or scanner prompts- Pack, seal, and label cartons so that orders leave the building complete and correctly identified- Build and wrap pallets, keeping loads stable and stacked for safe transport- Scan and record product as it is received, moved, or shipped so inventory counts stay accurate- Sort and stage product by order, route, or destination in the assigned area- Count and verify quantities against paperwork and flag shortages, damages, or mislabeled items to the supervisor- Keep aisles, work areas, and dock space clean, clear, and free of debris throughout the shift
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $17.00 per hour- Paid weekly- Gig and shift-based work, with the possibility of ongoing assignments- Worksite is in Medley, FL
What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Able to be on your feet and moving for the full length of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs or ladders as needed- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull cartons and totes repeatedly throughout the shift- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment where temperatures follow the weather- Able to follow written and verbal instructions, read labels and order paperwork, and count accurately- Willing to follow all site safety rules, including wearing required personal protective equipment- Dependable attendance and on-time arrival for every scheduled shift
