C1 is hiring an experienced Facilities Supervisor in South San Francisco, CA (94080).
C1 Staffing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Supervisor – Facilities to coordinate day-to-day site activities at a large, complex facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Position Details- Pay Rate: $25.39 per hour- Start Date: September 14, 2026- Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate site activities of vendors and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations and services- Oversee daily operations at larger, complex facilities or multiple locations, which may include commercial, health care, school, university, or similar establishments- Coordinate key operational functions during the normal course of business at the direction of management- Serve as an on-site point of contact for vendors, service partners, and staff- Monitor work quality and completion to ensure service standards and expectations are consistently met- Support a safe, clean, and compliant work environment- Communicate updates, issues, and progress to management in a timely, professional manner
What We're Looking For- Previous supervisory, lead, or coordination experience in facilities, janitorial, maintenance, or building services- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with vendors, employees, and management- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team- Ability to follow direction from management and adapt to changing site needs- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
