Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer) - Seattle, WA 98108
C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join a fulfillment team in Seattle, WA (98108), picking, packing, and shipping battery orders. This is an ongoing, full-time position paying $18.00 per hour, with weekly paychecks.
What you will do:- Pick batteries and pull customer orders accurately from warehouse locations- Locate items throughout the warehouse and verify them against order details- Package products securely so they arrive safely at their destination- Prepare shipments and label products correctly before they leave the dock- Load and offload vehicles, working safely around forklifts and large trucks- Clean the warehouse and maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout your shift- Operate machinery and light equipment as trained- Work at a steady pace to meet daily shipping deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: $18.00 per hour- Shift type: Full Time- Paid weekly- Ongoing, career-type assignment rather than a short-term project
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs, with frequent lifting of 55 lbs or more- Comfort performing physical tasks throughout the shift, including reaching, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods- Physical stamina to keep up with daily order volume and shipping cutoffs- Comfortable working in and around forklift traffic and large trucks- Strong attention to detail, with high accuracy when picking, packing, and labeling- Reliability and consistent attendance, since the team depends on every shift being covered- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification

You will be handling batteries, so careful handling and safe packaging matter just as much as speed.
