Key Responsibilities:- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items.- Prepare meals for various meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.- Ensure food items are prepared to meet quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Follow recipes and presentation standards to deliver meals that are both visually appealing and delicious.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a cooking or kitchen role is preferred but not mandatory.- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
