C1 is hiring Cashiers / Food Service Workers in Prairie View, TX. This is a contract assignment with contract-to-hire potential, and we have two openings to fill.
Pay is $15.18 per hour, with overtime paid at $21.25 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., averaging 37.5 hours per week. The assignment runs September 8, 2026 through September 25, 2026, with ongoing opportunity for strong performers.
What you will do:- Handle cash and credit transactions for customers in a busy foodservice operation- Operate the cash register and POS system accurately and complete each transaction correctly- Assist with setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables- Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations throughout the shift- Support the retail operation by setting up, maintaining supplies and products, and assisting with cleanup and closedown
What we are looking for:- Comfort handling money and working directly with customers- Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
Uniform: all black attire with non-slip shoes.
