C1 is hiring a Dishroom Lead in Kearney, NE. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients, with four openings available and an assignment window running from August 27, 2026 through October 30, 2026.
Pay is $15.72 per hour, with overtime paid at $22.01 per hour. Expect around 37 hours per week. Start times vary between 8am and 2pm depending on the day's coverage needs, so schedule flexibility is important.
What you will do:- Keep the kitchen area clean, safe, and ready for staff throughout the shift- Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment- Maintain a clean, organized dishroom and keep dish machines and equipment in good working order- Set the pace for the dishroom team and help keep the workflow moving during busy periods
What we are looking for:- Comfort standing, walking, lifting, and working around heat, water, and steam for a full shift- Attention to sanitation standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals- Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
