C1 is hiring experienced Food Service Supervisors for a client location in La Palma, CA. This is a contract assignment with contract-to-hire potential, running from June 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026, with multiple openings available — up to 100 positions to fill.
Pay and schedule:- $28.89 per hour, with overtime paid at $40.45 per hour- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
What you will do:- Coordinate routine daily work activities for food service workers and service employees on site- Provide oversight under the direction of on-site management across food operations and services- Support management with daily oversight of key functions and staff during normal business operations- Help keep service running smoothly at a large, complex facility environment
What we are looking for:- Prior supervisory or lead experience in food service, such as commercial dining, healthcare, schools, universities, or similar establishments- Comfort directing a team and communicating clearly with management- Dependable attendance and the ability to work an early morning start- Ability to stand and move throughout a busy kitchen or service area for a full shift
