C1 is hiring two Senior Utility Workers for a client location in Helena, MT. This is a contract role with potential to become contract-to-hire for the right people, running from September 18, 2026 through December 19, 2026.
Pay is $17.08 per hour, with overtime paid at $23.91 per hour. The shift runs 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm, averaging 37.5 hours per week.
What you will do:- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean, sanitary, working order- Wash, sanitize and store dishes, pots, pans and small wares- Serve as the senior utility person on shift, providing direction and guidance to lower-level employees- Support the kitchen team with cleaning tasks as assigned
What we are looking for:- Prior kitchen, dish room or food service utility experience- Comfort leading and directing other team members- Ability to stand for full shifts, lift and move equipment, and work around heat, water and cleaning chemicals- Dependable attendance for evening shifts
Uniform required: black T-shirt, black jeans and non-slip shoes.
