C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for shift-based warehouse work in Crown Point, Indiana (46307), with pay at $20.00 per hour. This is gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing for associates who show up ready to work and perform well.
This role sits in the middle of daily distribution activity. You will move product, pull orders, and keep materials staged so the operation keeps running at pace. If you like steady physical work and a team-oriented floor, this is a strong fit.
What you will do:
- Load and unload products and materials from trailers, pallets, and staging areas- Select orders accurately and support warehouse order-fulfillment activity- Move inventory throughout the facility and stage it in the correct locations- Support general warehouse operations as needed throughout the shift- Keep product and materials organized so downstream work is not slowed down- Work at a steady pace in a fast-moving warehouse environment- Follow safe handling and lifting practices while moving product- Work cooperatively with the rest of the warehouse team to complete the day's workload
Schedule and pay:
- Pay is $20.00 per hour- Paid weekly- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing
What you will need:
- Must be 18 or older- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed- Ability to push materials and products within the warehouse environment- Steel-toe boots are required and must be provided by the worker- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting- Reliability and consistent attendance- C1 Staffing participates in E-Verify; you must be able to provide documentation establishing identity and authorization to work in the United States
