C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates in Ontario, CA (91761) to support busy distribution center operations. This is shift-based warehouse work paying $21.00 per hour, with weekly pay and the potential for ongoing assignments.
This role is a strong fit for people who like to stay moving, work as part of a team, and keep product flowing accurately through a fast-paced distribution environment. You will be on your feet handling product, pulling orders, and keeping inventory staged and ready for the next step in the operation.
What you will do:- Load and unload products and materials efficiently and safely- Select orders accurately and provide general warehouse support throughout the shift- Move and stage inventory so outbound and inbound work flows without delays- Support general warehouse operations and keep work areas organized and productive- Handle product carefully to protect quality and reduce damage during movement and staging- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times, including wearing steel-toe boots- Communicate with supervisors and teammates about order status, inventory placement, and any issues on the floor
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $21.00 per hour- Paid weekly- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing for reliable associates
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs- Ability to push materials as part of daily warehouse responsibilities- Steel-toe boots are required and must be provided by the worker- Willingness to follow site safety rules and work instructions in a fast-paced distribution setting- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
