C1 Staffing is hiring a Package Handler for a parcel sorting and delivery facility in Stoneham, MA, zip code 02180. This is hands-on warehouse work moving packages from trailers to delivery trucks, and you are paid weekly for every hour you work.
What you will do:- Unload incoming trailers by hand, moving packages steadily from the trailer to the sort area- Sort packages by zip code so each parcel is grouped for the correct delivery route- Load sorted packages onto delivery trucks in an organized, route-ready order- Lift, carry, and place packages weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift- Stage and stack parcels in assigned areas so loaders and drivers can work without delays- Handle every package with care to protect contents, labels, and scan barcodes from damage- Keep trailers, belts, dock areas, and aisles clear of debris and trip hazards- Follow all facility safety rules, including proper lifting technique and required footwear

What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the shift- Comfort standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting for the length of the shift- Closed-toed shoes are required to work on the dock and in the sort area- Willingness to work in a fast-moving warehouse environment where trailer and dock temperatures change with the weather- Attention to detail when reading zip codes and route labels so packages land in the right place- Dependability and on-time arrival, since trailers and trucks run on a fixed schedule- Work authorization verified through E-Verify
