C1 Staffing is hiring one Warehouse Associate for a warehouse operation in St. Peters, MO 63376, handling loading, order selection, and inventory movement. The pay is $20.50 per hour, paid weekly.
This is shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up consistently and work safely. You will be part of a fast-moving distribution environment where product is constantly being received, staged, selected, and shipped out, so the days go quickly and the work stays physical.
What you will do:- Load and unload products and materials from trailers, pallets, and staging areas- Select orders accurately according to pick instructions and order documentation- Provide general order selection support across the warehouse floor as volume shifts- Move inventory between areas of the warehouse and stage it for outbound loading- Keep staged product organized so that loads go out complete and in the right sequence- Support general warehouse operations, including keeping aisles, docks, and work zones clear and safe- Work as part of a team to meet daily throughput and accuracy expectations- Follow all site safety rules and PPE requirements at all times
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: $20.50 per hour- Paid weekly- Gig / shift-based work that may become ongoing- One associate needed for this opening
What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older- Ability to stand and walk for the length of the shift- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs- Ability to carry up to 25 lbs- Ability to push product, carts, or pallets as part of normal warehouse movement- Steel-toe boots are required PPE and must be worn on site- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow direction from on-site leads- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
Comfort with repetitive physical work matters more than years of experience here. If you have done loading, unloading, picking, or general warehouse labor before, that background will help you get up to speed quickly, but motivated workers who are ready to learn the pick process and keep pace with the floor are encouraged to apply.
