Location: Earth City, MO 63045 Pay Rate: $16/hour Shift Type: Full Time
C1 Staffing is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Earth City, MO. This role focuses on warehouse operations and physical labor, offering a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Load and offload vehicles, ensuring efficient preparation of shipments and accurate labeling of products.- Safely lift, move, and stack heavy batteries, while adhering to safety protocols.- Pull orders, wrap pallets, and assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.- Handle and prepare used "core" batteries for recycling in a safe manner.- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing the workspace to ensure OSHA compliance.- Operate machinery and light equipment as trained, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
Requirements:- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs (with frequent lifting of 55+ lbs) and perform physical tasks, including reaching, crouching, and bending.- Comfortable working around forklifts and large trucks, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety.- Exceptional attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
