C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, AZ (zip code 85043) to support loading, order selection, and inventory movement inside a fast-paced distribution environment. This is shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up ready and work safely, and you are paid weekly.
What you will do:
- Load and unload products and materials from trailers and staging areas, handling every item with care to prevent damage.- Select orders accurately against pick lists so that outbound shipments go out complete and correct.- Provide general warehouse support to keep operations moving efficiently throughout the shift.- Move inventory between locations within the warehouse as directed by the floor lead.- Stage inventory in the correct zones so that outbound loads and restocks are organized and easy to locate.- Keep work areas clean, clear, and organized to support safe and productive warehouse operations.- Perform additional general warehouse tasks as needed to support the team and maintain daily productivity.
Schedule and pay:
- This is gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing for reliable associates.- You are paid weekly by C1 Staffing.- Work is performed on site in the Phoenix, AZ 85043 area.
What you will need:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift in a warehouse setting.- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs on a repeated basis throughout the shift.- Ability to push items as required during daily operations.- Steel-toe boots are required PPE for this position and must be worn on site.- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow safety and handling procedures.- Authorization to work in the United States; C1 Staffing participates in E-Verify.
