C1 Staffing is hiring Bartenders for a short-term, shift-based assignment in Spokane, WA, serving guests at a private event. Pay is $23.14 per hour, paid weekly, with a daytime shift that wraps up by late afternoon.
This is a non-tipped bartending position. You will be working a fast-paced service bar where speed, accuracy, and a friendly presence matter just as much as drink knowledge.
What you will do:- Provide exceptional customer service to every guest you serve, keeping interactions quick and courteous- Mix and serve drinks accurately and efficiently, pouring without waste- Serve patrons directly at the bar or through wait staff, depending on how the event is running- Coordinate closely with wait staff and other team members so guests receive prompt service throughout the event- Keep your bar area clean, stocked, and organized from setup through the end of your shift- Monitor product levels and restock as needed so service never slows down- Maintain a professional, guest-focused presence in a high-volume environment
Schedule and pay:- $23.14 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $32.40 per hour- Shift runs 11:30am to 4:00pm- Up to 40 hours per week available across the assignment- Gig / shift-based work that may be ongoing
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending experience and solid drink knowledge- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for the full shift in a fast-paced, high-volume setting- Ability to lift and move bar product, ice, and supplies during setup, service, and breakdown- Reliable attendance and a professional, guest-focused attitude- Willingness to take direction and work as part of a larger service team
Uniform requirements:- Black pants (no leggings, jeans, or sweatpants)- Black polo or button-up shirt- Non-slip shoes
