Dishroom Lead - Plano, TX
C1 Staffing is hiring a Dishroom Lead for a short-term contract assignment in Plano, TX, where you will keep the kitchen and dish area clean, organized, and running smoothly. Pay is $18.44 per hour with overtime paid at $25.82 per hour, and the assignment is a brief, focused commitment of just a few days.
What you will do:- Provide a clean and safe kitchen area for staff throughout each shift- Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment- Keep the dishroom organized and ensure all equipment is cleaned properly and put away- Set the pace for the dish area and keep work flowing during busy service periods- Monitor cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dish and kitchen areas- Restock clean dishware and equipment so kitchen staff have what they need on hand- Keep work surfaces, sinks, and dish machine areas wiped down and clear of clutter
Schedule and pay:- $18.44 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $25.82 per hour- Shifts scheduled from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm- Roughly 16 hours for the week- Short-term contract assignment; gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior dishroom, kitchen, or food service experience preferred- Ability to stand for full shifts and handle repetitive lifting, washing, and reaching- Attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards in a working kitchen- Dependable attendance for every scheduled day of this short assignment- Black slacks are required for all shifts
