C1 is hiring two Cook I professionals for a client facility in Osawatomie, KS. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering $16.48 per hour, with overtime paid at $23.07 per hour. The assignment runs from June 22, 2026 through December 31, 2026, with the potential to move into a permanent role.
What you will do:- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items with accuracy and efficiency- Support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, plus special and catered events- Maintain food quality, presentation, and safe handling standards throughout each shift
Schedule and hours:- Full-time, 40 hours per week- Shift options include 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and 10:45 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
What you will need:- Experience preparing food in a high-volume kitchen setting- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Black or blue slacks or cargo pants for each shift; shirt and hat are provided
