C1 Staffing is hiring a Premium Bartender for a short-term, shift-based assignment in Troy, NY. This is a non-tipped role paying $19.85 per hour, with overtime paid at $27.79 per hour.
This is a mixologist-level bartending position supporting premium service locations, where you will craft quality cocktails and other beverages that elevate the drinking and dining experience for guests. The work takes place at a variety of venue types, and responsibilities may shift based on business necessities and client requirements.
What you will do:- Craft quality cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to order- Deliver a polished guest experience at premium service locations such as lounges, stadiums, corporate offices, hospitals, and campus venues- Build drinks accurately and consistently during high-volume service periods- Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift- Follow all responsible alcohol service standards and site-specific procedures- Report to the barn by the scheduled start time and stay ready through the close of service- Take on additional duties as business needs and client requirements change
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $19.85 per hour, with overtime paid at $27.79 per hour- Shift runs 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.- Report time at the barn is 2:00 p.m.- Expect up to 40 hours for the week- Short-term contract assignment, shift-based and may be ongoing- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending and mixology experience- Ability to be on your feet for the full shift in a fast-paced, high-volume setting- Comfort working behind a busy bar while maintaining speed and accuracy- Reliable, on-time arrival and a professional, guest-focused attitude- Willingness to follow responsible alcohol service standards and venue procedures
