C1 is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to handle customer packages and freight in preparation for shipment and distribution. Key Responsibilities:- Receive, weigh, measure, scan, label, and ship packages while adhering to all safety and security regulations.- Load and unload packages and freight from processing stations and trailers.- Wrap freight and prepare shipments for distribution.- Accurately affix labels to packages and scan boxes from the inbound staging area.- Prepare bills of lading and enter shipment details into our ERP system.- Cross-train in other warehouse positions as necessary to support overall operations.- Complete required health and safety compliance training.- Operate a forklift as needed, based on location requirements.- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Forklift experience and/or certification may be required based on location.- Basic computer skills and prior data entry experience are preferred.- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.- Ability to follow safety and security procedures.- Willingness and ability to lift heavy freight (up to 50 lbs).
Compliance Requirements:- A background check (BGC) is required.
