C1 is hiring a Cook I in Saint Davids, PA, for one of our client partners. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $19.86 per hour, with overtime paid at $27.80 per hour.
Schedule and assignment details:- Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm- 40 hours per week- Assignment runs September 16, 2026 through October 2, 2026, with the potential to continue as an ongoing, contract-to-hire role- Uniform requirement: black on black attire
What you will do:- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items- Support breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal periods- Assist with special and catered events- Work accurately and efficiently to meet quality and timing standards- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen work area
What we are looking for:- Prior cooking experience in a high-volume or food service kitchen- Comfort working on your feet for the full shift in a fast-paced environment- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail- Ability to follow recipes, portioning guides, and food safety practices
