In this essential position, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by loading and unloading trucks with care, preventing damage, and ensuring proper placement of items.
Key Responsibilities:- Load and unload trucks, ensuring careful handling of all items.- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer.- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture to ensure it is rental-ready or properly stored.- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.- Tag, store, relocate, and conduct cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory management.- Follow all safety guidelines and actively participate in safety meetings.- Complete daily warm-up exercises to ensure readiness for the workday.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.- Ability to stand for extended periods.
This role may require weekend shifts based on business needs, so flexibility is essential.
