C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a distribution center assignment in East Granby, CT (zip code 06026). The pay rate is $21.50 per hour, paid weekly.
This is shift-based warehouse work that may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up ready to work. You will be part of a team that keeps product moving through the building, from inbound deliveries to staged outbound orders.
What you will do:- Load and unload products and materials efficiently so inbound and outbound work keeps moving- Select and assemble orders accurately to match what customers have requested- Move and stage inventory throughout the warehouse so product is in the right place at the right time- Keep staging areas and aisles organized as inventory is received, picked, and shipped- Support general warehouse operations wherever the team needs coverage during the shift- Work safely and follow all site safety rules and PPE requirements- Communicate with supervisors and teammates about order status, product counts, and any issues on the floor
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $21.50 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing for reliable associates
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Steel-toe boots are required on site- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs- Ability to push and maneuver materials as needed- Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and following direction from site leadership- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
