C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a distribution center in Edison, NJ, 08837, supporting loading, order selection, and general warehouse operations. The role pays $21.80 per hour, and you are paid weekly.
This is shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up and perform well. You will join a fast-paced distribution team where accuracy, safety, and steady effort keep product moving.
What you will do:- Load and unload products and materials efficiently and safely- Select orders accurately and stage them for outbound shipment- Move inventory through the building and stage it in the correct locations- Provide general support across the warehouse floor as volume shifts throughout the day- Keep work areas organized, clear, and free of obstructions- Handle product carefully to limit damage and keep counts correct- Follow all site safety rules and PPE requirements while working around equipment and moving freight
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: $21.80 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing- Worksite located in Edison, NJ, 08837
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs- Ability to push items as needed during loading, unloading, and staging- Steel-toe boots are required and must be worn on site- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow direction from the on-site team- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
