C1 Staffing is hiring Food Service Workers in Stephenville, Texas, to help prepare, set up, and serve meals and keep kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitary. This is a career-track, ongoing position paying $15.18 per hour, with weekly pay.
What you will do:- Work anywhere on the property where food is prepared, moving between kitchen, prep, counter, and dining areas as needed- Assist with the setup of serving counters and steamtables before each meal period, making sure pans, utensils, and condiments are in place- Serve food to guests from counters and steamtables, keeping portions consistent and presentation neat- Restock serving lines during service so hot and cold items stay available and at the correct temperature- Assist food preparation staff with basic prep and plating tasks as directed- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, small wares, counters, steamtables, and work stations throughout the shift- Break down serving lines after meal service and return equipment and unused product to proper storage- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards while on the property
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $15.18 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Career, ongoing position rather than a short-term project
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Able to stand and walk for the length of the shift in a kitchen and serving environment- Able to bend, reach, and lift and carry food pans, trays, and supplies- Comfortable working around hot surfaces, steamtables, ovens, and commercial cleaning chemicals- Willingness to move between different areas of the property where food is prepared and served- Attention to cleanliness and a steady, dependable approach to routine sanitation tasks- Ability to work as part of a team during busy meal periods and follow direction from kitchen leads- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
Prior food service, cafeteria, dining hall, restaurant, or catering experience is helpful but not required. If you are reliable and willing to learn the line, we will show you the rest.
