C1 is hiring Food Service Workers in San Jose, CA, for one of our clients. This is a contract role with contract-to-hire potential, running from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, at 40 hours per week. Multiple openings are available, so this is a great time to get started quickly.
Pay is $23.28 per hour, with overtime paid at $32.59 per hour. Schedule details will be confirmed during the hiring process.
What you will do:- Work in any area on the property where food is prepared- Assist with the setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables- Keep serving lines stocked, organized, and presentable throughout service- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work stations- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What we are looking for:- Dependable attendance and a strong team mindset- Comfort standing, walking, lifting, and moving throughout the shift- Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen and serving environment- Prior food service experience is helpful but not required
