C1 is hiring Groundskeepers for a client site in Saint Paul, MN. This is a full-time contract assignment starting September 8, 2026 and running through November 30, 2026, with the potential to become ongoing or contract-to-hire for the right person.
Pay is $21.11 per hour, with overtime paid at $29.55 per hour. Expect a consistent 40-hour work week.
What you will do:- Landscape and maintain property grounds using hand and power tools and equipment- Lay sod, mow, trim, and edge as needed- Plant, water, fertilize, dig, and rake- Install and maintain sprinkler systems- Sweep and keep parking lots and sidewalks clear and presentable- Handle a mix of daily grounds tasks as assigned
What we are looking for:- Comfort working outdoors in changing Minnesota weather- Ability to safely operate hand and power landscaping equipment- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic- Prior grounds, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus
