C1 Staffing is hiring non-tipped Bartenders for a short-term, shift-based contract assignment in Spokane, WA. The role pays $23.14 per hour with an evening shift that runs from 5:30pm to 10:00pm, so you can earn solid hourly pay without giving up your daytime schedule.
This is a fast-moving service role behind the bar. You will mix and serve drinks for guests directly and for wait staff running orders to tables, keeping the pace high and the quality consistent from the first pour to last call.
What you will do:- Mix and serve drinks quickly, accurately, and without waste- Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the bar and to patrons served through wait staff- Partner closely with servers and other team members so customers receive prompt service throughout the event- Keep your bar area clean, stocked, and organized for the length of the shift- Work from standard drink recipes and maintain consistent pours and presentation- Restock glassware, garnishes, ice, and product as needed so service never slows down- Communicate clearly with the bar and floor team during peak rushes
Schedule and pay:- $23.14 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $32.40 per hour- Evening shift, 5:30pm to 10:00pm- Scheduled against a 40-hour workweek- Short-term, shift-based assignment that may lead to additional event work
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending experience and solid knowledge of standard drink recipes- Ability to stand, move, and work at a fast pace for the full length of the shift- Dependable, professional, team-first attitude- Comfort working alongside wait staff and other service team members in a busy environment
Required uniform:- Black pants (no leggings, jeans, or sweatpants)- Black shirt, either polo or button-up- Non-slip shoes
