C1 Staffing is hiring Utility Workers for a short-term, one-day contract assignment in Alpharetta, GA, keeping kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils clean and ready for service. The pay is $17.18 per hour with overtime at $24.05 per hour, and this is a fast placement for anyone who wants quick work.
What you will do:- Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen work areas throughout the shift- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and return it to its proper storage location- Wash, handle and organize utensils, pots, pans and smallwares- Keep dish and prep stations stocked, wiped down and free of clutter- Support the kitchen team with general upkeep tasks as needs come up during service- Follow all site sanitation and food-safety practices while handling equipment and smallwares- Work at a steady pace in a busy kitchen so the team stays on schedule
Schedule and pay:- $17.18 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $24.05 per hour- Single-day assignment, approximately 8 hours total- Shift runs 8:00am to 4:00pm- Gig/shift-based work that may lead to additional assignments
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Reliable, on-time attendance for the full scheduled shift- Ability to stand, walk, lift and move throughout an 8-hour shift- Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Willingness to take direction from the kitchen team and jump in where help is needed- Required uniform: black pants and a black shirt, clean and presentable
This is a straightforward role with a clear scope: keep the kitchen clean, keep the equipment and utensils moving, and help the culinary team stay on track from the start of the shift to the end. No long onboarding process and no lengthy commitment — you work the day, you do solid work, and you get paid for it.
