C1 is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in Napa, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.- Ensure that all orders are delivered to the guests in a timely manner.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and meet quality standards.- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.- Assist with training new team members as needed.
Requirements:- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.- Flexibility to work overnight shifts.
