C1 Staffing is hiring Bartenders for a short-term, shift-based contract assignment in Spokane, WA (non-tipped position). Pay is $23.14 per hour with overtime paid at $32.40 per hour, and you are paid weekly.
This is a fast-moving service role where you will be mixing and serving drinks for guests during a busy afternoon window. If you know your standard drink recipes, move with purpose behind the bar, and enjoy working shoulder to shoulder with a wait staff team, this assignment is a strong fit.
What you will do:- Mix and serve drinks for guests quickly, accurately and without waste- Serve patrons directly or through wait staff with consistent, friendly service- Partner closely with wait staff and other team members so guests receive prompt attention- Keep pace during peak service so drink orders move out without backing up the floor- Deliver exceptional customer service from the first greeting through last call- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar station throughout the shift- Follow responsible service practices and portion standards to control waste
Schedule and pay:- $23.14 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $32.40 per hour- Shift runs 12:00pm to 4:30pm- Full-time hours up to 40 per week during the assignment window- Short-term contract assignment, shift-based and may be ongoing
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending experience and solid knowledge of standard drink recipes- Ability to stay on your feet for the length of the shift and keep pace during a busy service period- Comfort working in a fast-paced bar environment with frequent reaching, lifting and bending behind the bar- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with wait staff and other team members- Dependable arrival and a professional, guest-focused attitude
Required uniform:- Black pants (no leggings, jeans or sweatpants)- Black polo or button-down shirt- Non-slip shoes
