Environmental Service Attendant - El Segundo, CA
C1 Staffing is hiring Environmental Service Attendants for a client location in El Segundo, CA (90245), where you will clean and maintain facilities and keep assigned areas in orderly, presentable condition. The role pays $21.55 per hour with overtime at $30.17 per hour, and it is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis.
What you will do:- Clean and maintain assigned facilities, rooms, and common areas so they stay orderly and presentable throughout the shift- Work in any location on client premises as assigned, which may include commercial, health care, school, university, or similar establishment settings- Follow all site safety, sanitation, and quality standards while completing your assigned cleaning routes and tasks- Use cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment correctly and store them properly at the end of the shift- Report spills, damage, supply shortages, or safety concerns to the on-site supervisor- Complete tasks efficiently and on schedule while remaining on your feet for the length of the shift- Maintain a professional appearance and follow the site dress code of jeans and tennis shoes, with work shirts provided
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate of $21.55 per hour- Overtime paid at $30.17 per hour- Shift runs 4:30 pm to 1:00 pm- 40 hours per week- Paid weekly- Contract-to-hire position with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Reliable attendance and the ability to work the posted shift consistently- Comfort with repetitive movement, standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day- Ability to stay on your feet for the full length of the shift- Willingness to work in any assigned location on client premises- Ability to follow site safety, sanitation, and quality standards and directions from supervisors- Jeans and tennis shoes for the site dress code; work shirts are provided- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
